THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT VISITS AL TAYER RETAIL CONSUMER HAPPINESS COUNTER IN HARVEY NICHOLS - DUBAI

Senior members of the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector in Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) recently visited Al Tayer Retail team in Harvey Nichols – Dubai, to visit our Consumer Happiness Counter located in the department store. The Consumer Happiness Counter aligns with the CCCP strategic objective of enhancing happiness across the Emirate and promoting cordial relations between retailers and consumers.

Al Tayer Retail’s Consumer Happiness Counter is the first point of contact where customers can directly interact with the team and address any issues and complaints onsite. The Counter is further manifestation of our Company promise to our customers that we will continually work to delight them and improve their shopping experience.
