Returns & Cancellation
Returns process
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns section below, we offer a “no questions asked' free returns policy where you initiate the return within 30 days of delivery of the Order. Please note that certain items are not refundable (please see the General Conditions Applicable to Returns section below for more information). However, you can return non-returnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged. Where this happens, please contact the Website Call Centre on +97148188410.
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE by either:
1. contacting us by calling +97148188410; or
2. logging into the My Account/Order History section of the Website.
Please ensure that you complete and attach the returns form you receive with your Order to avoid delays in processing your return. Your returns will be processed within 3-5 days in UAE, and if accepted, the refund will be issued accordingly. If you do not have a Coach account, you will need to register to be able to request a return online.
Manufacturing Defects
In addition to our 30 day returns policy, certain product items may benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty. The details of the manufacturer’s warranty will be included in the product packaging, inserts or accompanying documentation. Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved by us as meeting the return eligibility as set out in this Returns section. After approval, we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for the item duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges, cash handling fees and/or selected services).
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
• Credit or debit card payments are refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase;
• Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as a gift card;
• Amber points are refunded as Amber points;
• Gift card payments are refunded as a gift card;
• If you chose to pay with multiple payment methods, at our discretion we will prioritize certain payment methods over others. For example, if you pay using a gift card and a credit card, the gift card amount used will be prioritized and refunded in full, before the remainder of the payment gets refunded to your credit card.Please note that we cannot refund items if the return is not initiated within 30 days from delivery of the Order. If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your Order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Please note that for credit card refunds, it may take up to 14 days for the refund process to be completed.
Shoes
Shoe returns will only be accepted if the shoes are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.
General Conditions Applicable to Returns
In order to qualify for a refund, the return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the Order. All items (including promotional or complimentary gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us:
• unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must not have any sole or other damage;
• in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
• Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned; and accompanied by the original Order confirmation.We regret but we cannot offer returns on the following categories of products: products not purchased via the Website/Website Call Centre, products sold on other Al Tayer Group websites, sales from www.coach.com or sales originated outside of the United Arab Emirates. Gift items can only be returned with a refund given to the purchaser of the gift. The above is without prejudice to any rights you may have to return defective products.
Any Amber points which accrued on a returned purchase will be debited from your Amber account. Points will accrue on replacement items where applicable. Please note that for system reasons, in order to receive online store credit, guest check out customers will need to create a Website account and register their details with us. We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Cancellation
You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed' on our online order tracking system to cancel or change the Order. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns process.

AATI TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
References to Aati in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute references to Al Tayer Insignia LLC, trading as “Aati”.
Aati accepts the sales order overleaf, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1 ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Sales orders are valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the date of issue.
1.2 Deposits will be forfeited in the event of any cancellation of orders by you.
1.3 Aati reserves the right to cancel your order, upon written notice, if the order cannot be placed with the supplier. Your sole entitlement shall be the refund of your deposit from Aati.
2 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
2.1 Subject to condition 2.3 below, no cash or credit refunds shall be made once an invoice or deposit receipt is generated.
2.2 Subject to condition 2.3 below, no exchange, refund or credit note will be accepted on special orders, goods purchased at a discount, books, burnt candles, any fabric or wallpaper orders, furniture already assembled, upholstered furniture and/or used bed and bath products or any products damaged due to customer misuse.
2.3 Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any returned items should be in their original packaging and be accompanied by the original till receipt.
3 CREDIT NOTE
3.1 Credit notes are valid for six (6) months from the date of the issue.
3.2 Original credit note must be produced at the time of redemption.
3.3 Credit notes may only be redeemed at the issuing store and may not be used during sale or promotion periods.
3.4 Credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.5 Aati reserves the right to issue credit notes for all valid returns, as per conditions 2.3 above.
4 PAYMENT OF BALANCE
4.1 Accepted methods of payment comprise of cash, credit card.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable advance payment shall be made on all furniture orders with the fifty percent (50%) balance payable prior to delivery.
4.3 Prior to the order being placed, full non-refundable payment shall be made on all fabric and wallpaper orders.
4.4 If the outstanding balance of payment is not received by the due date, Aati reserves the right to delay delivery until full payment is made. If payment is not made in cleared funds within ten (10) working days from the due date, Aati reserves the right to cancel all orders and retain any deposits paid.
5 DELIVERY
5.1 Upon placement of an order, Aati shall give you an estimated delivery date for your goods, which shall be offered as guidance only.
5.2 While Aati will endeavour to deliver your goods on or shortly after the estimated delivery date, Aati cannot guarantee delivery dates and therefore shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred from such delay.
5.3 When your goods are ready for delivery, Aati will contact you to agree on a delivery date on the contact details provided. Once a delivery date has been agreed you will be responsible for accepting the delivery and arranging appropriate means of access and installation on that date. It is your responsibility to ensure that Aati’s delivery team has access to the delivery address and that sufficient space for the goods is available. Delivery on the first floor and above shall be achieved by service elevators arranged by you and it is your responsibility to notify Aati of any potential problems with access to the premises, building, service elevators, etc., and make any related delivery arrangements. Where delivery is complicated by such factors, additional charges will be incurred by you.
5.4 If delivery is not accepted on the agreed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage free of charge for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. If you fail to agree a revised delivery date within thirty (30) days of Aati’s redelivery request, Aati retains the right to cancel your order, retain all monies paid and resell the goods with no further liability.
5.5 No deliveries will be carried out against sales orders unless payments are received and/or cleared in advance.
5.6 If on the delivery date Aati’s delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, you will incur a re-delivery charge of one percent (1%) of the purchase price, which must be paid prior to re-delivery.
5.7 In the absence of negligence, Aati will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property caused by (i) Aati following your instructions; (ii) limited or no access to the premises; and/or (iii) goods not fitting into your property.
5.8 If your goods are to be delivered to a non-UAE address, you will be responsible for arranging shipment.
6 ACCEPTANCE
6.1 You, or a responsible person acting on your behalf, will be asked to inspect the goods and sign the delivery document to acknowledge delivery and/or installation. Goods will not be released without signing the delivery documents acknowledging the inspection of goods. You hereby agree to remain responsible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions notwithstanding that you may have nominated a third party to receive goods on your behalf.
6.2 The recipient is required to examine all goods carefully and report any error, damage or defect on the delivery documents. Only defects reported on the delivery documents will be acknowledged by Aati.
6.3 Any manufacturing defect must be notified to Aati in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
7 PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
7.1 Ownership of the goods will pass to you once Aati has received payment in full. Once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, except if such loss or damage was: (i) caused by Aati’s negligence; or (ii) due to a manufacturing defect.
8 UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS
8.1 Aati will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing Aati’s obligations where the delay or failure results from any act, event or accident beyond Aati’s control, including but not limited to, war, terrorism, sabotage, civil or military disturbance, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters, strikes, lock-outs or import/export embargoes, or the impossibility of Aati using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If such circumstances arise, Aati will use all reasonable efforts to notify you.
9 LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
9.1 If Aati breaches any of its obligations to you, it will only be liable for losses (if any) that you suffer as a direct and natural result of such breach. Aati will not be responsible for any indirect, reputation, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, revenue, profit or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect your rights or limit Aati’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury resulting from Aati’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, servants or agents.
9.2 In the absence of fraud, death or personal injury and subject always to applicable law, under no circumstances shall Aati’s liability be more than the total purchase price of the goods purchased.
10 LEGAL EFFECT
10.1 Your signature on the sales order form receipt confirms that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the terms, conditions, and obligations of the parties.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions are personal to the individual customer and cannot be relied on by any third party.
10.5 These are Aati’s Terms and Condition and in the absence of express wording signed by both parties on the front of the sales order, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over all other terms and conditions.

BLOOMINGDALE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
References to Bloomingdale’s in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute references to Noul LLC, trading as “Bloomingdale’s”.
Bloomingdale’s accepts the sales order overleaf, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Sales orders are valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the date of issue.
1.2 Deposits will be forfeited in the event of any cancellation of orders by you.
1.3 Bloomingdale’s reserves the right to cancel your order, upon written notice, if the order cannot be placed with the supplier. Your sole entitlement shall be the refund of your deposit from Bloomingdale’s.
2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
2.1 Subject to condition 2.3 below, no cash or credit refunds shall be made once an invoice or deposit receipt is generated.
2.2 Subject to condition 2.3 below, no exchange, refund or credit note will be accepted on special orders, goods purchased at a discount, books, burnt candles, any fabric or wallpaper orders, furniture already assembled, upholstered furniture and/or used bed and bath products or any products damaged due to customer misuse.
2.3 Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any returned items should be in their original packaging and be accompanied by the original till receipt.
3. CREDIT NOTE
3.1 Credit notes are valid for six (6) months from the date of the issue.
3.2 Original credit note must be produced at the time of redemption.
3.3 Credit notes may only be redeemed at the issuing store and may not be used during sale or promotion periods.
3.4 Credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.5 Bloomingdale’s reserves the right to issue credit notes for all valid returns, as per conditions 2.3 above.
4. PAYMENT OF BALANCE
4.1 Accepted methods of payment comprise of cash and credit card.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable advance payment shall be made on all furniture orders with the fifty percent (50%) balance payable prior to delivery.
4.3 Prior to the order being placed, full non-refundable payment shall be made on all fabric and wallpaper orders.
4.4 If the outstanding balance of payment is not received by the due date, Bloomingdale’s reserves the right to delay delivery until full payment is made. If payment is not made in cleared funds within ten (10) working days from the due date, Bloomingdale’s reserves the right to cancel all orders and retain any and all deposits paid.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Upon placement of an order, Bloomingdale’s shall give you an estimated delivery date for your goods, which shall be offered as guidance only.
5.2 While Bloomingdale’s will endeavor to deliver your goods on or shortly after the estimated delivery date, Bloomingdale’s cannot guarantee delivery dates and therefore shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred from such delay.
5.3 When your goods are ready for delivery, Bloomingdale’s will contact you to agree on a delivery date on the contact details provided. Once a delivery date has been agreed you will be responsible for accepting the delivery and arranging appropriate means of access and installation on that date. It is your responsibility to ensure that Bloomingdale’s’s delivery team has access to the delivery address and that sufficient space for the goods is available. Delivery on the first floor and above shall be achieved by service elevators arranged by you and it is your responsibility to notify Bloomingdale's of any potential problems with access to the premises, building, service elevators, etc., and make any related delivery arrangements. Where delivery is complicated by such factors, additional charges will be incurred by you.
5.4 If delivery is not accepted on the agreed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage free of charge for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. If you fail to agree a revised delivery date within thirty (30) days of Bloomingdale’s’s redelivery request, Bloomingdale’s retains the right to cancel your order, retain all monies paid and resell the goods with no further liability.
5.5No deliveries will be carried out against sales orders unless payments are received and/or cleared in advance.
5.6 If on the delivery date Bloomingdale’s’s delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, you will incur a re-delivery charge of one percent (1%) of the purchase price, which must be paid prior to re-delivery.
5.7 In the absence of negligence, Bloomingdale’s will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property caused by (i) Bloomingdale’s following your instructions; (ii) limited or no access to the premises; and/or (iii) goods not fitting into your property.
5.8 If your goods are to be delivered to a non-UAE address, you will be responsible for arranging shipment.
6. ACCEPTANCE
6.1 You, or a responsible person acting on your behalf, will be asked to inspect the goods and sign the delivery document to acknowledge delivery and/or installation. Goods will not be released without signing the delivery documents acknowledging the inspection of goods. You hereby agree to remain responsible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions notwithstanding that you may have nominated a third party to receive goods on your behalf.
6.2 The recipient is required to examine all goods carefully and report any error, damage or defect on the delivery documents. Only defects reported on the delivery documents will be acknowledged by Bloomingdale’s.
6.3 Any manufacturing defect must be notified to Bloomingdale’s in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
7. PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
Ownership of the goods will pass to you once Bloomingdale’s has received payment in full. Once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, except if such loss or damage was: (i) caused by Bloomingdale’s’s negligence; or (ii) due to a manufacturing defect.
8. UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS
Bloomingdale’s will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing Bloomingdale’s’s obligations where the delay or failure results from any act, event or accident beyond Bloomingdale’s’s control, including but not limited to, war, terrorism, sabotage, civil or military disturbance, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters, strikes, lock-outs or import/export embargoes, or the impossibility of Bloomingdale’s using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If such circumstances arise, Bloomingdale’s will use all reasonable efforts to notify you.
9. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
9.1 If Bloomingdale’s breaches any of its obligations to you, it will only be liable for losses (if any) that you suffer as a direct and natural result of such breach. Bloomingdale’s will not be responsible for any indirect, reputation, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, revenue, profit or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect your rights or limit Bloomingdale’s’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury resulting from Bloomingdale’s’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, servants or agents.
9.2 In the absence of fraud, death or personal injury and subject always to applicable law, under no circumstances shall Bloomingdale’s’s liability be more than the total purchase price of the goods purchased.
10. LEGAL EFFECT
10.1 Your signature on the sales order form receipt confirms that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the terms, conditions, and obligations of the parties.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions are personal to the individual customer and cannot be relied on by any third party.
10.5 These are Bloomingdale’s’s Terms and Conditions and in the absence of express wording signed by both parties on the front of the sales order, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over all other terms and conditions.
