We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Kindly retain your receipt in case of an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Sale and promotional items may not be refunded unless defective or damaged. This is subject to the exclusions below.

Refunds will be provided against the original form of tender, except for the following which may not be refunded; jewellery, watches, furniture, sale items, Amber promotional items, gift cards and special orders.

Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.

The following items may not be returned for exchange or refund; bespoke or altered items, lingerie and underwear, electronic items, confectionary, certain homewares ( beds, bedding, mattress ), food and beverages, custom items, certain accessories ( hosiery, millinery, scarves, pierced earrings, hair accessories )and any other items designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase, unless defective or damaged. 

We can only accept returns or exchange of swimwear and underwear with the original tags and hygiene liner attached.

In addition, specific terms and conditions apply to furniture and other special items and order items, please enquire at the relevant department.

At Harvey Nichols - Dubai, we are committed to offering you the best price possible, so if you find the same item, priced for less with one of our competitors*, we will refund you the difference.


How we price match:

- We only price match with identical apparel or accessories items, variations such as brand, colour, size and style are not accepted.

- The item must be full price (discounted, promotional, outlet, second hand and sale items are all excluded).

- The item must be in-stock on the competitor's website or physical store at the time you claim.

- The price will be converted to AED for the purpose of comparison.

- If you have already purchased your item from us the price match refund must be claimed within 30 days of your purchase date.

- The shipping option for the relevant item on an online competitor's website must be set to the same country as the purchase country for the item you wish to price match.

- For online price match our price match is to the value of an order including shipping fees to the destination country and relative tax and duty charges as per websites'
T&Cs.

How to claim your price match:

Our Store Manager will verify the price match by one of the below methods:

- Customer supplied photo of the item with the price.

- Online URL linking to the competitor's website

- Phone Call to the competitor boutique.

- For furniture a written quotation needs to be supplied from the competitor

* Any standalone store or website which has a luxury brand and product collection that we believe to be comparable to the brand and product collection offered by (BRAND). For the avoidance of doubt, discount, liquidation, auction, outlet sites or websites that are undergoing closing down sales are not considered to be competitors.
