Bloomingdale’s Kuwait will fulfill the New York City store's promise of “like no other store in the world” with offerings such as leading luxury brand experiences, and seamless digital and social media integration. This will enhance the in-store experience, deliver extraordinary personalized services with curated product selection to create an authentic welcome and delight experience for our customers.
Opening in February 2017, the three-level apparel, beauty and accessories store, spanning over 93,000 square feet will anchor the 360 Mall, Kuwait's luxury retail destination.

The Retail Loss Prevention team has a business objective to ultimately protect the company’s profit by reducing levels of shrinkage, loss and theft across the business as a whole. We are developing and implementing a proactive loss prevention and health & safety strategy to ensure that Al Tayer Retail is adequately protected against physical security threats, financial losses and risks related to reputation, people, premises and assets.
We are looking for a well experienced CCTV Operator to join our Loss Prevention Team. The role of the CCTV Operator will be a key enabler in achieving this objective through operating and monitoring the CCTV system within the Control Room to highlight any safety and security breaches and or employee breaches of internal policies and procedures in a professional and efficient manner. The operator is responsible to ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all data & images.
The CCTV operator will need to monitor employee complaining to Retail Operational Policies and Procedures. Respond to all security incident reports raised by the stores. Conduct security Audits via CCTV and generate reports to the LP Manager. Assists in compiling evidence in relation to external theft and liaises with Mall Security and local police.
The CCTV Operator will be responsible for operating and controlling the CCTV monitoring equipment's and answer all incoming calls made to the CCTV Control room and assist in a professional manner.
The CCTV Operator needs to have minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a CCTV Operator and data analyst experience in a retail or hospitality environment. Must have demonstrated technical expertise with exception reporting or excel data analysis. The person needs to have keen interest in retail and customer behavior a must. The candidate has to have necessary DPS CCTV Operator license (or country specific equivalent).
High school diploma or equivalent with certification in English and Mathematics.
