Job Purpose :

To manage general administrative functions of Al Tayer Stocks and provide effective administrative support in the areas of employee relation

Job Skills :

1. Minimum “A” level or Graduate in any discipline
2. Computer literacy
3. Oral and written communication skills
4. Knowledge of spoken Arabic advantageous
5. Exposure to multi-cultural workforce/ environment
6. 0- 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with human resources and admin department for arranging medical insurance card/ claim, Labor card, ATM card etc…for the new joiners and ensure smooth settling in of new joiners.
2. Manage the schedule of the drivers and allocate responsibilities on basis of the requisitions received from the different department to ensure optimum utilization of their time
3. Manage and administer leave of all workers including posting of leave, arranging annual leave ticket, keep track of unauthorized absenteeism and coordinate with site manager/HR to initiate suitable disciplinary / corrective action if required. Clarify all employee queries regarding salary, leave, OT & ticket entitlements
4. Receive stationary requisitions from the internal departments, issue them, and maintain stock record & monitor reorder level
5. Provide monthly reports to payroll with regard to employee’s attendance, overtime, leave and all related information, to enable accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries
6. Assist with front desk operations as and when required
