Leading Italian jewellery brand Damiani is the latest addition to Al Tayer Group’s ever expanding jewellery portfolio. Its first store in the UAE opened in the prestigious extension of BurJuman Centre in Dubai in September 2007, soon to be followed by corners in Harvey Nichols and Azal in Emirates Towers Boulevard.

Founded by Enrico Grassi Damiani in Valenza, in 1924, the family firm is today run by the third generation of siblings Guido, Giorgio and Silvia, together with their mother Gabriella. Damiani has always been synonymous with the best of the "Made in Italy" tradition, with every creation being hand-made respecting the highest artesian traditions, interpreted with an innovative spirit.

One distinguishing feature of the brand is their use of at least one diamond in every single Damiani creation. Another is their passion for continuous innovation, creating trend-setting and distinctive designs. The company has been awarded the Diamonds International Award, the Oscars of the jewellery world, an unsurpassed 22 times.
